DBCC owns and operates two centers in
downtown Baltimore
- Park Avenue Center – in the Mt. Vernon area
- University Center – on the grounds of University of Maryland at Baltimore
The Park Avenue Center serves children from 18 months through Kindergarten.
University Center serves children from 4 months through 5 years.
DBCC Centers:
- Open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., weekdays, year round
- Nutritious Breakfast and snacks provided
- Milk provided for Lunch
- Limited number of part time spaces available
- State approved 4 year old program
- University Center is NAEYC accredited
